Olivier founded Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2012 together with Pierre-Arnaud and François. He has over 30 years of experience in investment banking.

He started his career at JP Morgan, before joining Morgan Stanley in Londres, initially in the M&A department, then in the Media and Communication Group. In 2007, he was promoted Directeur Général of Morgan Stanley France. He then joined Credit Suisse in Paris as Co-Head of Investment Banking for France, Belgium and Luxemburg.

Olivier is a graduate from ESCP Europe and holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Pierre-Arnaud founded Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2012 together with Olivier and François. He has over 30 years of experience in investment banking.

He started his career at Clinvest (Crédit Lyonnais Group) in Paris, before being based in New York to be in charge of transatlantic transactions. Back in Paris, he was named Head of Utilities and Transport. He then contributed to the creation and development of the Paris office of Hawkpoint Partners, where he specialised in advising both private equity funds and senior management teams as part of LBO transactions.

Pierre-Arnaud is a graduate from ESSEC. He also holds an MA in Computer Science from University Paris Dauphine and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from University Paris René Descartes.

François Vigne, Managing Partner and co-Head of Sycomore Corporate Finance, has advised on more than 100 transactions, representing over €180bn in value, for a wide number of corporations in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the United States.

Prior to founding Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2012 together with Olivier and Pierre-Arnaud, François was Managing Director, Global Head of various sectors within the M&A and ECM teams of Société Générale, as well as Managing Director and Global Head of various sectors within the Global Investment Banking team of Crédit Agricole Global Investment Banking. He started his career in the Corporate Finance team of CCF Charterhouse.

François is a graduate from ESSEC, from Sciences-Po Paris and is a French qualified attorney (Ecole Française du Barreau).

Laurent joined Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2014 and was promoted Managing Director in 2023. He has nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking.

He started his career at Lazard in the Telecom and Technology team, where he worked on both domestic and cross-borders M&A transactions and carve-outs.

Laurent is a graduate from emlyon business school.

Tristan joined Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2012 and took part in the founding of the firm. He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking.

He started his career in the Leveraged Finance Group of JP Morgan, before joining Morgan Stanley where he mainly focused on M&A transactions, ECM operations and structured financings. He then joined the Investment Banking division of Credit Suisse, where he participated to several international transactions.

Tristan is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des ParisTech.

Mofdi joined Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking.

He started his career in M&A at Marceau Investissements and Baird International, before joining KPMG. He then specialised in restructuring and special situations at Houlihan Lokey, and later at Degroof Petercam, where he also developed the capital structure advisory practice.

Mofdi is a graduate from HEC Paris. He contributed to the writing of editions of “Finance d’entreprise – Pierre Vernimmen” and was a lecturer at ESCP Europe and Paris-Dauphine University.

Grégoire joined Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2025. He has nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking.

He started his career in M&A at Lazard, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions in France and internationally. He then joined DC Advisory, where he was involved in numerous transactions, advising corporate executives on strategic disposals and acquisitions, as well as private equity funds on LBO transactions.

Grégoire is a graduate from EDHEC.

Marion joined Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2016, after starting her career at Morgan Stanley. She has nearly 10 years of experience in investment banking.

She was promoted Director in 2023.

Marion is a graduate from HEC Paris.

Aurélien started his career at Sycomore Corporate Finance in 2013, where he took part in the founding of the firm. He has nearly 10 years of experience in investment banking.

He was promoted Director in 2023.

Aurélien is a graduate from EDHEC.
