Sycomore Corporate Finance advises Culturespaces, its founder and management team
ENGIE and Mr. Bruno Monnier have announced the signing of an agreement to completely spin off Culturespaces with the consortium composed of IDI, a listed group specializing in capital investment, and the Groupe Chevrillon. Bruno Monnier, CEO and founder of Culturespaces will retain a minority stake in the Company.

Created in 1990 by Bruno Monnier and with more than 30 years of experience and 4.6 million visitors per year, Culturespaces, is the first private operator in the complete management of monuments, museums and art centers.
