Our internship position provides a comprehensive practical insight into Mergers & Acquisitions advisory. Interns will be fully involved in both origination and execution of mandates and will benefit from unique transaction exposure alongside experienced bankers
MAIN TASKS
- Drafting of marketing materials for clients (Information Memorandum, Management Presentation, etc.)
- Virtual dataroom preparation and management
- Valuation analyses (trading multiples, comparable transactions, DCF, etc.)
- Research and sectoral analyses
REQUIREMENTS
- Penultimate or final year students from a top-ranked business, engineering school or university, specialised in corporate finance (financial analysis, financial engineering, valuation, etc.)
- Curiosity, interest in finance as well as strong commitment to succeed in a dynamic and demanding work environment
- Analytical skills, ability to summarise and to perform under tight deadlines
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluency in both English and French
